July 9th getaway day, somehow it seems fitting that we would be starting this great adventure on the 25th Anniversary of the first great adventure together in Celebration of 25 years of marriage we're off to Alaska.
Were packed and ready, the planning is done
and it's time to hit the road. With two previous negative experiences traveling through Chicago with a motor coach we have decided to take a little longer route
through the upper peninsula. Our goal today is to make it to St Ignace and have a nice anniversary dinner. We have a reservation at Straits State Park which is a short walk to downtown restaurants.
